We’ll be visiting the coveted town of Gulmarg. Take a ride on Asia’s longest gondola ride! Get to stare out at a town wearing a blanket of white. Try out adventures like skiing, snowmobile or snow cycling. Get goofy, slip a little, giggle a whole lot!

Make way to Pahalgam where you believe you have entered movie sets yourself. There’s a slice of a frozen stream, rows of trees running wild and snow kissing tall towering mountains. Get set for a snow fight! Or how about a cricket match with a bat from Pampore village?

Last but not the least is the olden era charm with a sunset ride on the pretty Dal Lake. Most excitingly a stay on a houseboat! Yes, you’re going to experience true Kashmiri hospitality. And, you’ll be doing it all with a gang of new friends with whom you’ll make snowmans and memories over cups of kahwa

Feb 12th, Sunday: Land at Srinagar airport by or before 12pm and then board the magic bus to make way to Pahalgam! Get to know your new gang of friends as we head to the scenic valley where Lidder river gushes kissing the pine trees to the wooden huts. En route stop at Pampore bat factory to see how the world famous bats are made. Freshen up and take a late evening walk to gaze at your first sight of Kashmir! O/N Pahalgam

Feb 13th, Monday: Today, you are going to enter a postcard! We are headed to Betaab Valley – named so after the hit 90s Bollywood film shot here. Shall we do a happy dance on the bridge? Shall we challenge each other to a game of cricket? Unleash your inner child, your vacation has begun! Post lunch, we shall visit Chandanwari. The valley unfolds to paint the perfect scenery. And, who knows we could return back sitting on top of the car?! 😉 O/N Pahalgam

Feb 14th, Tuesday: It wouldn’t be a trip to Pahalgam without a visit to Aru Valley, would it? A protected wildlife sanctuary, this location offers views of tall towering peaks and dense forests. Be prepared to throw on your adventurous shoes as we’re going to trek, baby! What’s prettier than a view is the fulfilling feeling of making your way to it. We’ll cross horses and shepherds, have conversations and sing songs as we reach the top for a hilly picnic. O/N Pahalgam

Feb 15th, Wednesday: This morning you’re going to wake up beaming because we’re headed to Gulmarg! And, what’s a road trip without singing our hearts out, revealing our embarrassing playlists and anecdotes as we arrive at Kashmir’s crowned jewel. Who’s ready to have a snow fight with their new friends? Time to get, set, attack! O/N Gulmarg

Feb 16th, Thursday: This is undoubtedly one of the most exciting days of the trip, we’re going to watch the majestic Apharwat Peak at a height of 14,403 ft.! We’re going to take the longest gondola ride in Asia (till the first point), a suspended cable car that lets your eyes gleam over a town laid in white snow below you. Take a ski lesson, enjoy a snowmobile ride or taste the thrill of snow cycling! Adventure’s calling and we must go! O/N Gulmarg

Feb 17th, Friday: Some days are unforgettable. Such as the day you live on a houseboat! (a Migrant Musings & Co. special). Yes, we are headed to Srinagar. Quickly freshen up as a magical sunset shall be etched onto our memories forever as we take a shikhara ride at Dal Lake. Get yourself a souvenir to take a memory back home at the floating market, sink into a cup of kahwa, ahh feel that Kashmiri winter air hug you. At night we shall sink into the Kashmiri way of life by residing on an authentic houseboat on the offbeat Nigeen Lake – a semi-frozen lake with mist hugging it. Come evening, let’s have a maddd last night! O/N Srinagar. O/N Srinagar

Feb 18th, Saturday: Hugs and goodbyes until we meet again. Fly out of Srinagar airport any time after 9am.

120 days or more before the trip start date: full refund
Between 120 to 90 days before the trip start date: 75% refund
Between 90 to 75 days before the trip start date: 50% refund
75 days before the trip: no refund
If you're unable to make it for the trip on account of an emergency, then to make things easier for you we'd be happy to accommodate your friend (of the same gender) in your place (subject to being informed in time for getting permits/paperwork ready) (please note: costs for flights and other expenses would be self borne, we would simply swap the seat)
