March 12th, Wednesday: Arrive by train/flight/bus at Chandigarh by 4 am or Shimla by 9am (as per your convenience). Board the magic bus to kickstart the journey to Narkanda with our new gang of friends! Set for a road trip? Reach Narkanda and get set for an adventure! Hattu Peak! Perched upon a spot overlooking a snowy mountain range, shrouded in mystery, the path is lined with a forest of trees. We’ll laugh and talk, take in our surroundings and soak in the mountain Sun to reach a stunning panoramic view! (Optional: As a back up you can choose to ride in a 4*4 vehicle to the top) at night, followed by fun and games. O/N Narkanda
March 13th, Thursday: It’s a special morning! You know why? We’re driving off to Sangla. Today, you shall experience the famous Sangla Holi. Nestled in Himachal’s Kinnaur Valley, Sangla offers a unique take on Holi, a must-visit for those seeking an offbeat, culturally rich Holi experience. Let’s join in the festivities, let’s let our minds be stirred by the riot of colours and smile into the celebrations. Evening, chatter and beyond over a bonfire 😀 O/N Sangla
March 14th, Friday: Ready to turn an ordinary Friday into a Friyay?! We’ll be gazing out at the valleys, we’ll be singing as we take a road trip to Chitkul. One of India’s last villages, this gorgeous mountain town is based away from the busy race of the modern world. Locals continue to live in wooden cottages, so, let’s walk around and see their life? Take a mental image of the blue green river and towering mountains while relishing some authentic rajma at “Hindustan ka aankhri dhaaba”. Later, head to Sangla to witness a unique part of the Holi in this region. Colourful processions to elaborate folk dances, we’ll be transported into another lifetime. March 15th, Saturday: Relish it all before we start our bus journey today to Kufri. The ride will be about remembering our favourite moments and the friendship brewed in these last few days. Spend the night resting up and savouring the week that it has been. O/N Kufri
March 16th, Sunday: Early morning, start the journey to Chandigarh. Fly/depart any time after 3pm. Hugs and goodbyes until we meet again <3
