SNEAK PEAK
This journey to Bir is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and simply be. Surrounded by the calming presence of the Himalayas, it offers a perfect blend of slow travel, meaningful experiences, and heartfelt connections. It’s a space where you can rediscover yourself, embrace joy in simple moments, and return home feeling lighter, calmer, and truly refreshed.
And beyond the experiences, it’s the feeling that stays with you—the laughter shared over meals, the quiet comfort of companionship, and the joy of being understood without needing to explain. In the peaceful embrace of Bir, every moment becomes a memory, and every connection becomes a story you carry long after you’ve left the mountains behind.

Day 1: May 7th
We kick off the journey with a train ride. Remember summer vacations and the chaos of visiting “nani ka ghar”? Let’s recreate that nostalgia over snacks and stories! After reaching Amb, we’ll transfer to Bir. En route visit the sprawling green tea estates of Palampur. For soaking in the greenery more, your lunch is curated right in the middle of this tea estate! Next, we’ll pay our respects at the 13th-century Shiv Baijnath Temple before reaching Bir, where the mountains await.

Day 2: May 8th
We start at the stunning Sherabling Monastery, where the silence is so deep you can actually hear your own thoughts. For lunch, get ready for a Himachali Dham – a traditional feast with an interesting tale behind it. As evening falls, we’ll hop on the heritage toy train for a ride through the valley; it’s the perfect time to hum a few old-school Bollywood tunes while the wind plays with your hair.

Day 3: May 9th
Time to get creative at a pottery workshop – don’t worry if your pot looks more like a “tragedy” than a “masterpiece,” it’s the spirit that counts! Working with clay in pottery is said to be calming for the mind, so, artistic or not, this activity will have you relaxing. After a hearty Tibetan lunch, we’ll head out on a gentle jungle walk to find a secret stream. We’ll end the day at the Bir Landing Site, watching paragliders fly high while we stay grounded with hot chai and one of the best sunset views in the world. O/N Bir

Day 4: May 10th
Is it the last day already? Our final morning is all about those “mountain feels” – early morning shopping or leisurely strolls. We’ll drive back to Amb to catch our return train, trading the hill roads for a glide back to reality, already planning our next trip together.
