Healing Retreat: Bhutan

Dates: June 6th - 13th, 2026

SNEAK PEAK

Our healing retreat in Bhutan isn’t just about escape; it’s about alignment. Gentle yoga overlooking pine-covered hills, guided reflections in centuries-old dzongs, quiet tea rituals, and conversations that feel lighter under Himalayan skies. Between monastery walks and mindful stillness, something subtle shifts – your shoulders soften, your thoughts slow down, your priorities rearrange. Bhutan grounds you without forcing it. It humbles you without overwhelming you. And somewhere between prayer wheels and mountain sunsets, you realize this isn’t just a trip – it’s a return to yourself.

Day 1: Setting intentions

Are you ready? To land in Bagdogra and get zipped off to Phuentsholing. You cross into Bhutan and something immediately shifts. It’s quieter. Slower. Softer. Take a deep breath – you’re starting a meaningful journey. Tonight, we sit together and set intentions – what are you ready to release, what are you ready to welcome? Sleep knowing something beautiful awaits tomorrow.

Day 2: Time for conversations and letting go!

Noticed the prayer flags everywhere? They represent Sky, Air, Fire, Water and Earth and this retreat is inspired by them. Today is dedicated to Fire. Start your morning with a refreshing yoga on the terrace – sunlight on your face, mountains before your eyes. Then we drive to Thimphu, the recipe to a perfet road trip is conversations and games! At night, a letting go ritual over a bonfire.
Overnight in Thimpu

Day 3: Forest walks and Mandala

With the space created yesterday, today we ground ourselves. Meet the element of Earth. Take a slow forest bathing session among pine-scented trails – simply walking, breathing, listening. After that, we visit the majestic Golden Buddha Point. Here, we engage in a fun mandala activity – simply creating beauty from stillness, just as Earth creates life from silence. The day closes at Chagri Dorjeden Monastery – serene, sacred anddeeply humbling.

We then descend to Punakha, where you notice the air softens and rivers grow playful. Noww we know it’s never a bad time for some adventure – optional rafting for the ones who want. Hehe. . In the evning, we engage in a manifestation session at the property – because like water, even we are meant to flow.

Today we head back towards Paro and on our way, we pause for an open movement session beneath the sky. No steps to follow – just your body moving freely. Later, we explore Tashichho Dzong – grand yet peaceful, with whitewashed walls, golden rooftops and intricate symbolism woven into every detail.

As we drive back to Phuentsholing, the views feel softer, more personal somehow. In the evening, we gather for our closing reflection circle – sharing what shifted within.
