SNEAK PEAK
There’s something about the mountain air that it just tugs at your heart, doesn’t it? Suddenly we find ourselves taking a moment to simply listen to the sound of a flowing river, to meditate within a monastery or to gaze at fluttering prayer flags. That slice of life joy of the mountains is what this trip is about.
And, because we loveee bringing in our energy and madness we shall even trek the Tiger’s Nest monastery, go river rafting at Punakha and have a ball of a time as we hit the karaoke bars of Thimpu! From singing our hearts out in the minibus to playing games at night, quiet conversations in serene spots to joking away with new lads; are you ready to explore a country that values happiness?

Let’s walk into a historical era as we saunter from Golden Buddha Point – largest in the world to the nostalgia of post offices. Here you can get customized stamps and send home postcards! New friends, the calm of the Buddhist town and sceneries everywhere you look, your holiday shall be unforgettable! O/N Thimpu
Day 4, Tuesday: Today morning pinch yourself as you’re about to head to approximately 10,500 ft.! Welcome to Dochu La Pass. And, on the other hand you will witness a panoramic view of the mighty Himalayas. Next, we say hello to the quaint beauty that is the town of Punakha. Who wants to go rafting? Or feel the wind with the breeze as you stand atop the famous Punakha suspension bridge? Pinch yourself, to believe it! O/N Punakha

Built back in 1692, we’ll be trekking up to this monastery where Guru Rinpoche is believed to have flown on top of a tigress. Reaching the cave at roughly 3,000m plus is a delight, especially when you do it with a gang of mad people who’ll squeal together from the top! Afterwards, another MM&Co. special awaits, a relaxing Bhutanese hot stone path after the trek. Savour it. O/N Paro
